You don't have to purchase ready meals from us. We can guide you to assimilate Ketogenic lifestyle on your own however, if you wish to avail our ready meal plan delivery you will have to serve us a week's notice. Meals will be supplied to you bi-weekly. For day planners, its a 24 hour notice and for one-off meals, we request you to place an order at least 4 hours prior. You would appreciate that ingredients used, methods applied, cooking times and techniques make certain Keto meals longer to cook as compared to regular meals.
